Cancellation & Make-Up Policy At **The Skating Academy**, lessons are held outdoors and may occasionally be affected by weather or other circumstances beyond our control. **Weather or Academy Cancellations** If a lesson is canceled due to rain, severe weather, park closures, or other major circumstances, students may schedule a **make-up lesson at another The Skating Academy location with availability during the same week**. Make-up lessons are subject to space and schedule availability and are not eligible for a cash refund or credit when an alternative class is available. **Monthly Plan Cancellations** Our programs operate on recurring monthly payments. If you wish to cancel your plan, you must notify The Skating Academy **before your next scheduled payment is processed**. Once the monthly payment has been charged, **the payment is non-refundable**, and cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. By enrolling in our programs, participants acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Make-Up Policy.
